By accessing and using the Apex Software website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Apex Software provides custom software development, mobile app development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data analytics services. The specific scope of services for each project will be defined in a separate agreement.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Apex Software or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon project completion and full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom-developed code as specified in their project agreement.
Payment terms for services are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require an initial deposit, with milestone payments throughout the development process. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
Apex Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
